Ocean World addon changes the generation of the world in a way that most of the map becomes set in the water. Hence survival will be different from what you've used to and become a bit of a challenge. Although, most structures, such as villages or pillager outposts, still will be spawning on the surface. It's up to you to set up the final destination for this challenge - maybe you want to kill a Dragon or build a giant floating settlement.

How to install addons:
  1. Download addon straight from your device
  2. Find and open .mcpack or .mcworld files that you download earlier
  3. Click it to import into Minecraft Pocket Edition
  4. Open the game
  5. Create a new world or edit an existing world
  6. Scroll down to Add-ons section and select the ones you want to apply
  7. Make sure to enable all "Experimental gameplay" features in Settings
