Many animations, such as sword attacks and eating, have been completely redesigned to suit the left hand. Additionally, dozens of blocks have been revamped to function correctly with the new configuration.
However, there is a known issue where some items appear in both hands. This occurs with items like slime blocks, armor stands, ender pearls, various raw meats, armor, potions, and spawn eggs.
