Some artifacts need to be worn to provide their effects, while others require holding them in your hand. This often forces you to make a choice: is it better to use a sword or tool, or to quickly swap to an artifact?

Here's some idea of what the artifacts can do
- Angel's Wings: Prevents fall damage and allows levitation when equipped in the off-hand.
- Teleportation Wand: Teleports you 15 blocks in the direction you're facing.
- Collector Jewel: Grants night vision and haste, enhancing your mining efficiency.
- Ocean Jewel: Grants conduit power, enhancing underwater abilities.
- Aquatic Pendant: Boosts swimming speed, allowing you to glide through water effortlessly.
- Immortality Insignia: Grants immortality, but prevents you from killing others.
- Berserker Insignia: Enter a rage state for 60 seconds, but become vulnerable for 10 seconds afterward.
- All or Nothing: Delivers the strongest punch but stuns you for 12 seconds.
