Appleskin Bedrock addon
With Appleskin Bedrock, you will always know the nutritional value of any type of food you're eating in Minecraft. When you select food in the Hotbar or hover over it with your mouse, an overlay will pop up showing you exactly how much hunger will be restored. If there is a negative effect, like with Rotten Flesh, it will show that too.
