From now on, in addition to regular loot after killing some animals, you will also receive random loot. Not only will you be getting meat from the pig, but there is a chance of you getting even a diamond. The loot table consists of 200+ possible variants, and better items have a lower drop chance. Moreover, not every mob will be dropping additional loot. The list of supported mobs can be found below.

How to install addons:
  1. Download addon straight from your device
  2. Find and open .mcpack or .mcworld files that you download earlier
  3. Click on it to start importing into Minecraft Pocket Edition
  4. Open the game
  5. Create a new world or edit an existing world
  6. Scroll down to the Add-ons section and select the ones you want to apply
  7. Make sure to enable Experimental features in the world's Settings
