Lobby and menus
All players start playing in the lobby. It is a place where you can buy upgrades and customize the game. There is a host who can choose the game's difficulty and mode. And then, there are Players, who can prove their readiness to start the game. All manipulations have to be made through special menus players have access to on their hotbar.
The gears icon corresponds to the host menu, blue book item on a hotbar opens the player's menu. All players willing to participate in a match must confirm their readiness. After confirmation, 30 seconds or so will pass before the game starts.
Game modes
Apocalypse mode takes place in a moderate-sized arena, with different types of zombies continuously spawning all around it. The goal is to survive for as long as possible and kill zombies to gain XP.
Capture the zone require players to occupy 5 specific outlined zones while defending from zombie hordes.
Weapons and upgrades
Chainsaw is a homage to Doom, where the killing of a mob with that weapon rains you with ammo. It has one charge by default and will refill over time.
A pistol will be your default gun with infinite ammo. Spend your levels gained on the arenas to buy new and more powerful guns. Those will require ammunition, which can also be bought off the shop.
How to install maps:
- Download .mcworld file below
- Open file using any file manager to import it into Minecraft PE
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and look for the map among your worlds
