The Energy Bar addon adds another thing to worry about in Minecraft Bedrock, as if there weren't enough already. Almost every action you take will spend energy: running, building, and fighting will drain this new resource. If you run out of energy, you will start losing health eventually. So, you've got to take one of two options: take a break or drink an energy drink.

Energy bar mod breakdown:


  • New Resource Bar: Introduces an energy bar in addition to health and hunger bars.
  • Energy Consumption: Activities like sprinting, jumping, mining, and placing blocks consume energy.
  • Energy Regeneration: Standing still, crouching, and consuming specific items (energy drinks, potions) restore energy.
  • Energy Depletion Effects: Running out of energy leads to negative effects like slowness, weakness, nausea, and eventually health damage.
