MCA adds crafting for the items you would not normally be able to create in survival mode. The reason for such a group of un-craftable items existing is a game balance. Having a mob spawner would make it so much easier to farm some of the rare materials dropping from the mobs. It would result in cutting a big chunk of gameplay where you supposedly must explore the world - as a side activity of searching for materials. However, some players prefer spending their time otherwise, and I won't judge them.

How to install addons:

Download addon straight from your device
Find and open .mcpack or .mcworld files that you download earlier
Click on it to start importing into Minecraft Pocket Edition
Open the game
Create a new world or edit an existing world
Scroll down to the Add-ons section and select the ones you want to apply
Make sure to enable Experimental features in the world's Settings
